Welcome to Studio 811 Nail Studio Hi, I'm Alisha, owner and operator of Studio 811 Nail Studio. I am a licensed cosmetologist with a passion for natural nail health, nail growth, and advanced nail enhancement services. I have been a licensed nail technician since 2012 and a licensed nail educator since 2016. In addition to serving clients in my studio, I have had the privilege of educating future beauty professionals, teaching the foundations of nail care, sanitation, safety, infection control, and advanced nail techniques. Education has always been at the heart of my career, and I believe every service should be beautiful, safe, ethical, and designed to support the long-term health of your natural nails. CANCELLATION POLICY
Studio 811 Booking & Cancellation Policy We value your time and appreciate your understanding of the policies that allow us to serve all clients fairly. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, will incur a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service. Cancellation and no-show fees are due at the time of your next booking and must be paid before a new appointment is confirmed. No-Call / No-Show Policy Two (2) no-call/no-shows will result in loss of booking privileges. After two no-call/no-shows, online booking access will be disabled, and future appointments will not be scheduled.
