Here at Studio 811 we value your business and ask that you respect business scheduling policies. A credit card is not charged until the service is performed, it is NOT a prepaid service - Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. All cancellations and no-shows with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% up to the cost of the entire scheduled appointment if canceled in less than 12 hours it is up to the full cost of your appointment if the appointment is not filled by someone else. We truly appreciate every single one of our clients and would love to make sure we are able to service everyone. We look forward to seeing you at your appointment. Please note due to the extensive amount of no call/no shows and last minute cancellations larger and longer service time services will now require a nonrefundable deposit, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If for any reason you have to cancel within the 24 hour zone and move the appointment. The deposit will just move over to your next appointment We understand things happen and with all of life’s challenges, you will be allowed 2 last minute cancellations to move your appointment with your deposit before you will lose the full deposit amount.
