At Studio 811, we truly value your business and appreciate your respect for our scheduling policies. Please note that credit cards are not charged until services are performed—this is not a prepaid service. • Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. • If canceled within 12 hours or less, the fee may be up to the full cost of the service, unless the appointment can be filled. We value every client and want to ensure we can accommodate as many guests as possible. Deposit Policy for Extended Services Due to the high volume of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, all larger or longer services will now require a nonrefundable deposit. • If you need to reschedule within the 24-hour window, your deposit will transfer to the new appointment. • You are allowed two last-minute reschedules where your deposit can move with your appointment.
